Welcome! I’m so glad you are here.

As an English undergraduate I wanted to explore characters’ motivations. Now, as a psychotherapist, I want to uncover how to help you become the protagonist in your life and create your narrative.

My first MA is Secondary Education. After a decade teaching, I earned another MA in holistic-somatic Clinical Psychology. I have an eclectic approach that utilizes aspects of IFS, depth, narrative, existential & solutions-focused therapies. I have since obtained two additional certificates: Sex Therapy and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

When I am not working, I am renovating my home, exercising, cooking, working on creative endeavors and spending time with family.

I love travel and visit my sister in Europe each spring. I return to Maui every August to see my yoga teachers. I often work remotely when I travel to ensure continuity of care. Other times I take a well-deserved vacation.
