Who we are
Located in downtown Napa, Awaken Holistic Therapy is a group therapy practice that offers a holistic, mind-body approach to psychotherapy, rooted in science, compassion, and clinical expertise.
Awaken is trauma-informed, client-centered, and integrative, designed to meet you exactly where you are. This is not a cookie-cutter experience — we offer bespoke clinical experiences, customized treatment, and concierge-like services and attention to detail.

Our Support Staff
Occassionally, one of the “Support Staff” will come to the office.
Each dog is trained for different functions, and each provides different support. All are trained to stay in their spots and/or can be crated.
Devo is soft, sweet and quiet. Devo loves going on hikes and playing with his sister Enkidu.
Tucker picks up on people’s emotions and he knows when to comfort someone. Tucker is an athletic dog who loves to chase his ball until the cows come home.
Enkidu is silly and oozes excitement. She loves everyone and can’t wait to meet you.
If you are allergic or scared of dogs, please let us know. There will never be more than one dog in the office at any given time.
